- Explore and evaluate potential new clients/ business partners to ensure the development of business

Business Development and Manage the Sales & Marketing activities
- Build business plan for product incharged: Sales strategy, product porfolio management, marketing activities and execution plan
- Conduct market research and analysis tender/ custom data to understand market trend and customer insight.
- Assist cross-function department to ensure good product supply for Customers by advising on sales forecast report (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales activities)
- Collaborate with various departments to meet the business growth requirements

- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Medical or BioMedical, business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing or business development in the healthcare industry
- Experience in the business of Medical Devices, experience in SNOT product portfolio is preferred
- Good English: both written and verbal communication; direct to the points, clear in communication
- Good negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good business acumen
- Have the ability to manage the key Dealer and build a strong distribution network nationwide
