Job Description
We're hiring a Business Development Manager:
Analyze the market, customer needs, and competitors to develop strategies for expanding the customer base for the English & Math - English partnership programs in schools within and outside Hanoi.
Generate ideas and implement activities for customer care, both for new clients and existing ones.
Develop and manage the business management system, proactively setting business targets for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Collaborate with other departments to adjust reporting systems, charts, and contracts (if needed).
Provide direct reports on progress and results to the management team.
Build, train, and develop a talent pipeline for future leadership within the organization.
Requirement
Age 35 or older
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Linguistics, Business Administration, or Education.
At least 3 years of experience in developing partnerships in the education sector or B2B, particularly in English language centers or English/Math school partnership programs in and outside Hanoi.
Well-groomed, good communication skills, decisive personality, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in English for work-related tasks.
Experience managing a team of 3 or more members.
Willingness to travel for work.
