• Responsible for external communications, preventing miscommunication,
managing client expectations, and serving as the key interface between clients and
other internal departments.
• Lead active sales efforts and generate new business through proactive outreach,
networking, and identifying opportunities for growth within target markets.
• Oversee the merchandising team assigned to specific accounts, serving as the main
point of contact between customers and relevant divisions (sales, logistics, QC,
etc.).
• Focus on expanding the client base by actively seeking out and developing new
business relationships.
• Adapt strategies to changing market needs, preferences, or trends to capitalize on
new potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and research on account dynamics; analyze current
market trends to anticipate potential impacts on
business development strategies.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding product options and maintain in-depth
knowledge of new and existing products, emphasizing how these can meet their
needs.
• Track all stages of client orders, plans, and schedules, ensuring clients are always
updated.
• Create a detailed database of client information and needs to inform future sales
strategies.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by exceeding client expectations.
• Manage issues proactively, preventing problems through regular contact with all
clients and monitoring orders, ensuring speedy resolution to maintain sales

• Product Management: Propose and facilitate the timely introduction of new
