1. Revenue Generation and Client Acquisition: ( 50%)
Actively seek and secure new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and market penetration.
2. Market Research: (10%)
Conduct thorough market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and market opportunities.
3. Networking and Relationship Building: (10%)
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners through networking and engagement.
4. Sales and Negotiation: (30%)
Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively persuading potential clients to choose our services.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of
business development experience, preferably in a
digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and market trends.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
