1. Welcome and Guide New Users: Be the first point of contact for new vendors, sellers, or service providers, and warmly welcome them to the marketplace. Provide a clear overview of the marketplace and set their expectations for becoming active participants on the platform.
2. Ensure Compliance: Verify that new users meet all necessary requirements and adhere to marketplace policies, rules, and regulations. Perform due diligence checks as needed to maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
3. Facilitate Documentation: Assist new users in completing all required documentation, agreements, and contracts to establish their presence on the platform. Ensure all necessary information is collected accurately and securely.
4. Provide Training and Support: Offer training and ongoing support to help new users understand how to use the marketplace effectively. This may include demonstrating key features, managing listings, handling orders, and resolving common issues.
5. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Act as a mediator and problem solver for any challenges or conflicts that arise during the onboarding process. Collaborate with relevant teams to address technical, operational, or policy-related issues promptly.
6. Revenue Generation: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and increase sales through partnerships and collaborations. Maximize revenue potential by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Relationship Management: Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners and vendors to promote repeat business and foster loyalty. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain a positive partnership experience.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Proven experience in agribusiness, customer service, account management, or onboarding roles in a marketplace or similar platform.
Proven experience in rice business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to using various software and tools.
Knowledge of marketplace policies, compliance, and legal aspects is a plus.
Multilingual skills may be beneficial, depending on the marketplace's international reach.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
