Identify and connect with potential domestic and international game development partners.
Introduce the company, assess collaboration opportunities, advise partnership models, and negotiate contract terms.
Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Tech, HR) throughout the publishing process.
Monitor and evaluate publishing performance, provide reports, and suggest improvement plans to optimize results and revenue.

K - KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field.
Having at least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Sales - preferably in Gaming or Tech.
Solid understanding of game publishing processes, the game market, and partner insights.
Familiarity with business partnership models and B2B branding strategy.
S - SKILLS
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasive reasoning skills.
Capable of researching the market, identifying trends, and targeting the right partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; bonus if skilled in social content writing and engagement.
Effective time management, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Existing network in the game industry (individuals, studios, publishers); confident English (spoken & written).
