A. Business Strategy & Market Development
Develop long-term business strategies and market development plans.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Propose strategies for domestic and international market expansion (if applicable).
Manage the product portfolio, including:
Modular/Prefabricated Housing
Wood and Metal Components
CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber)
Glulam (Glued Laminated Timber)
Furniture Products
Adjust product strategies according to market trends.
B. Sales Management
Direct and supervise sales activities to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Develop pricing policies and sales strategies suitable for different markets.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize business processes.
C. Customer & Partner Development
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners.
Build and expand networks with distributors, investors/
developers, and sales channels.
Negotiate and execute contracts with key customers and investors.
D. Team Management & Development
Build, train, and manage the Business Development & Sales team.
Establish KPIs and evaluate the performance of subordinate employees.
Motivate and encourage the team to achieve sales targets.
E. Reporting & Business Performance Evaluation
Monitor, analyze, and periodically report business performance to the CEO.
Propose solutions to improve business effectiveness and operational efficiency.
