MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
a. Financial Goal Achievement:
Strategize with BD Leaders to set and accomplish business growth goals.
Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets.
b. Market Research & Analysis:
Research market & economics trends, competitors to identify potential industries to build new clients for growth opportunities.
Identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators and present to clients through compelling proposals.
Support to define potential BD channels.
c. Business Development:
Transfer from new leads to closed deals, achieve sales targets.
Maintain good relationship and ensure high service delivery for existing clients.
New product development inputs and proposals.
Address clients' needs and coordinate with team to suggest suitable solutions.
Join to develop BD framework, tool kits.
d. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all activities align with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks.
Support internal audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if any).
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's degree major in Human resources, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
2-3 years of working experienced in B2B sales/business development, preferrably in professional services, with proven strong sales record.
Hands on experience of market research & intelligence, proposal & contract management, reporting & forecasting
Proficient in English communication
