We are seeking a Senior Business Development professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the software outsourcing industry.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Generate new business opportunities in software outsourcing / offshore development.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Assist in preparing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Mentor and support junior BD team members, contributing to overall team success.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the IT/software outsourcing sector.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
• Strategic thinker, proactive, result-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior colleagues are a plus.
