Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development (Spec, Building Material, $1500, ID14227)
Determine and reach out to the influencers within the GBI segment.
Establish connections with important decision makers.
Collaborate closely with them to furnish technical data and product information, as well as manage bidding procedures.
Formulate a plan to attain the assigned specification sales goal in the segment by:
Identifying yearly specification sales potential, significant projects, important geographic areas for development, and key stakeholders involved in specifications, such as architects, developers, and government officials.
Scheduling specifications activities, such as social media campaigns, visits, seminars, lunch presentations, and university talks.
Creating a specification package for various stakeholders in the specifications process and ensuring that the materials are always up-to-date for these stakeholders.
Driving the specifications process with stakeholders and providing the specification package to junior specifiers.
Offering guidance and coaching to junior specifiers to guarantee that country specification sales objectives are met.
Assisting and supporting new marketing initiatives and product launches for specification stakeholders.
Ensuring that specified projects are regularly updated between field sales in order to convert specified projects into sales revenue.
Ensuring that projects are consistently updated and coordinated with field sales using the CRM system.
Requirement
Male Female. Age: 28-35 years old
Bachelor of Science in Building Science or Engineering (Civil and Construction) or Business Administration
Having more than 3 years of experience in a similar position for products such as Building material, cement, gypsum.
Fluent English
