The role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships in the Top Brand Retail - Shopping Category (including Fashion, Moms & Kids, Electronics, Pharmacy, Home & Living, Bookstore, etc.), working cross-functionally to deliver customized MoMo solutions that drive revenue and enhance merchant experience, while ensuring executional excellence and stakeholder alignment.
The term 'Partner' encompasses two main entities: Payment Acceptance Locations (Merchants) and POS System Vendors (companies providing the sales software)
Build and manage a portfolio of merchants in the Topbrand Retail - Shopping Category (Fashion, Moms and Kids, Electronics, Pharmacy, Home and Living, Bookstore, etc.).
Identify partnership opportunities and pitch relevant e-wallet solutions including promotions, loyalty integration, and payment technologies.
Lead negotiation processes on commercial terms and joint marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders (e.g., marketing, operations, finance).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, Tech) to ensure smooth and timely campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze performance data (GMV, AOV, user behavior) and proactively suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to sharpen partnership strategies.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in implementing payment integration projects between E-wallets, POS systems, or similar payment solutions with partners in key retail verticals, particularly in Fashion, Home & Living, and related sectors, is highly preferred.
Graduated from college or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. Experience in the Fashion, Homeliving, Health & Beauty... or Fintech sector is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and understanding of business KPIs.
Able to work independently and manage multiple merchant accounts.
Understanding of Vietnam's e-wallet and digital payment ecosystem is a plus.
