• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and projects aligned with Pebsteel 's business objectives.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights for strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing to design campaigns that attract and convert prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client interactions, and project CVs in CRM systems.
• Support negotiation processes with clients and partners under guidance of the General Manager of Sales.
• Ensure timely reporting of business development activities and progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in construction, steel structures, or industrial solutions).
• Proven track record of lead generation and project acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Analytical thinking and market research capability.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and
digital marketing platforms.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
• Fluency in Chinese as a plus advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business ethics.
