Mô tả công việc
1.Business Development
Responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for the company.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives.
2. Retailers, Supermarket Chains:
Identify and target retailers and supermarket chains as potential customers.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers in these organizations.
Understand the needs and requirements of retailers and supermarket chains.
Present and promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with retailers and supermarket chains.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the retail industry.
Provide support and assistance to retailers and supermarket chains to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Key Account:
Manage and nurture key accounts to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
Understand the specific needs and requirements of key accounts.
Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet key account needs.
Monitor and track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to key accounts.
Provide regular updates and reports on key account activities to management.
4. Lotus Brand Distributors:
Identify and onboard distributors for the Lotus brand.
Develop and maintain relationships with Lotus brand distributors.
Provide training and support to distributors to ensure effective promotion and sales of the Lotus brand.
Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns for the Lotus brand.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expanding the distribution network.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards among Lotus brand distributors.
5. Exhibition Plan:
Develop and execute exhibition plans to showcase the company's products and services.
Identify relevant industry exhibitions and trade shows to participate in.
Coordinate logistics and booth setup for exhibitions.
Develop marketing materials and presentations for exhibitions.
Engage with visitors and potential customers during exhibitions.
Collect and analyze feedback and leads generated from exhibitions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align exhibition activities with overall marketing strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience as a Business Development Supervisor or similar role at 3 years up.
- Experience in agriculture or F&B or FMCG
- Experienced in international sale
- Good office software or ERP
- Good discipline, business & working ethic, teamwork, business passion, knowledge sharing, innovation, mindset thinking, global thinking.
- The candidate needs to be willing to travel for abroad business trips.
- Good communication, negotiation and project management,
- Team leadership skill and professional service
- Budgeting and cost control skills
- Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill
- Conceptual thinking, but strong action and results oriented
- Think globally and act locally
- Continuous improvement and speed & simplicity mind set
- Deliver short term result in a long-term perspective
- Graduated from related university or MBA is preferred
- Creative thinking, good understanding of the market trends
- Solid knowledge of branding development, business acumen
- Excellent in English
- Strong knowledge of food, rice, agricultural industry
- Good knowledge of business, costing, merchandising, supply chain
- Ability to generate new concepts/ideas
