Mô tả công việc
- Work directly with clients in contract and scope finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
- Maintain an accurate project plan, adhere to deadlines and communicate weekly project status reports.
- Handle daily immigration operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
- Immigration consulting responsibility for assigned projects.
- Support and training team members in consulting and prepare client's documents. Ensure that the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
- Create team report documentation.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones.
- Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
- Build relationships with clients that portray partnership, cooperation, and trust.
- Provide leadership and drive client success while overcoming barriers and satisfying staff, management, and stakeholder commitments.
- Resolve any conflict between the project and other organizational units in a satisfactory manner.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree graduation.
- Proficiency in English (especially spoken and written).
- Good Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Mail...)
- Must have knowledge and experience in relevant fields (at least 02 year of experience)
- Understand Vietnam regulations regarding submission process and documents
- Basic knowledge of real estate related laws (Housing law, land law, etc.)
- Demonstrate sales performance, customer relationship management
