Mô tả công việc
Client Development: Search for, develop, and maintain relationships with clients/potential clients in the field of interior design and architecture.
Solution Consulting: Propose interior design solutions that align with clients' needs and budgets.
Project Coordination: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure projects in the Business Development Stage are completed on schedule and achieve the targeted sales.
Sales Activities: Carry out sales activities, introducing the company's products and services to potential customers.
Project Bidding: Prepare and process project bidding documents, monitor the bidding progress, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management is a plus.
