What you'll do
• Build a business plan based on assigned targets.
• Achieve business targets for individuals and teams.
• Search for new customers, update information on new customers, and the status of old customers.
• Prepare documents and present solutions to customers, gather requirements, and advise on suitable solutions for customers.
• Send quotes, negotiate proposals with customers, and update the status of sales proposals.
• Exchange with department heads and update on work progress and update knowledge about the company's products/solutions and the industry in charge.
• Coordinate with the marketing team when requested by the Department Head.
• Coordinate and discuss with the Department Head and other departments to facilitate work progress.
• Prepare and implement business result reports weekly/monthly based on assigned business targets and business activities.
Yêu cầu
What you should have
• College degree or higher in IT, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of business experience in IT solutions (related to tourism/restaurants/hotels is an advantage).
• Or at least 5 years of experience in Front Office, Sales (E-commerce) departments of hotels from 3 stars or higher.
• Understanding or experience in using hotel management software: Opera/Protel/Cloudbeds/Smile PMS/EZ Cloud.
• Proficient in English communication, able to read documents and present to customers.
• Proficient in using office computer software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and working tools.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp, GetResponse (an advantage).
• Teamwork spirit.
• Friendly, open-minded, and "Say YES" attitude.
• Dynamic, progressive, and supportive of the team and personal development.
