Mô tả công việc
1/ Check daily shipment pull plan with customers and prepare shipping documents (create SO/DN, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
2/ Maintain the EDI system related to shipping documents; be familiar with SAP T-codes
3/ Coordinate with PMC, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
4/ Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and escalate to customers in case of payment issues
5/ Prepare monthly and yearly shipment forecasts and track progress to ensure 100% achievement of shipping targets
6/ Communicate with customers to develop short-term and long-term supply plans, based on forecasts (FCST) and material status; regularly update progress to customers
7/ Host and coordinate meetings
8/ Perform cost estimation and negotiate commercial terms with customers
Yêu cầu
1/ Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
2/ Must have Bachelor or above
3/ 2-year experience as sales or related
4/ Self-disciplined, strong sense of responsibility
5/ Computer literate, especially Excel, Word
