Mô tả công việc
• Runs the Business Expense operational service center, serving regional customers, responsible for further onboarding of tool for countries/legal entities in regional.
• Drives operational excellence in strong collaboration with process excellence team.
• Responsibility for Regional Operations (support, expense checking, back office).
• Promotes and drives operational process standardization, harmonization, automation and improvements.
• Ensures the achievement of targets and reports related KPIs.
• Ensures efficient and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders (customers, own team, external parties etc.).
• Leads a large team. Attracts, develops, retains and efficiently manages associates within area of responsibility, including direct reports.
• Delegates tasks as needed and ensures efficient allocation of workload and workforce.
• Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as required by direct superior.
Yêu cầu
• University degree in related major
• Excellent English language skill in both oral and written
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role in claim document
• Strong End-to-end understanding and holistic thinking
• Process and IT driven
• Accounting background is an advantage
• Strong management and leadership experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented attitudes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, e.g. confidence level to discuss and understand customer's requirements
