* Job Purpose
• The Business Growth Partner is responsible for the strategic growth, focusing on expanding the Agency force by identifying new market opportunities, recruiting Agency leaders, monitor the productivity, retention in a compliance manner
* Major Accountabilities
1. Growth & Expansion - Source, evaluate, and onboard Agency leaders and advisors - Build and develop a high-performing Agency team to support business growth - Identify and cultivate talent aligned with organizational objectives
2. Sales Management- Execute actions to achieve and exceed sales targets - Drive revenue growth through effective Agency performance
3. Activity Management - Plan and execute day-to-day Agency operations - Ensure all activities align with established Activity Management Framework - Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
4. Performance Management - Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions - Identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives - Monitor and enhance key sales KPIs (K1, K2) - Support advisors in achieving performance objectives
5. Training & Development - Coordinate with Training Department to develop advisor capabilities - Ensure team proficiency in product knowledge and sales skills - Support digital sales platform development, adoption and utilization
6. Engagement & Communication - Serve as the primary liaison between Agency and Senior Management& back office - Foster strong communication and support channels - Drive Agency retention and engagement initiatives - Build collaborative relationships across the organization
7. Compliance & Quality Control - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards - Maintain adherence to internal processes and policies - Monitor sales quality and integrity - Implement corrective actions as needed
* Compensation: 50 mil ++ , transportation allowance and bonus

Yêu cầu
* Requirements
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5+ experience in Agency sales leaders, successfully tracking record of sales performance with good quality is a plus
• Strategic talent acquisition capabilities
• Financial literacy: master of Life insurance products
• Sales leadership influence skill (motivation, coaching, conflict resolution)
