Business HR Manager

YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Senior Manager, Business Human Resources, the jobholder will provide HR consultancy advice and people solutions to a diversified group of functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, development, performance management, compensation & benefits and employee relations.As the focal interface between HR and the business, the job holder will also work closely with HR Centres of Expertise to design HR programs, policies and practices, to strengthen DHL's position as an Employer of Choice. The job holder will also take lead in resourcing planning and developing resourcing strategies to fulfill the Company's current and long-term business and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines; HR management major, master degree or professional HR qualification an advantage
• Minimum 7 years' HR management experience in an MNC environment with both regional and local business partner and specialist backgrounds, with at least 2 years manager role
• Expertise in talent acquisition and mass recruitment
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, related laws and job market practices
• Good business acumen with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• A proven change agent with the ability to communicate with employees at different levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills with hands on experience in various HR systems and tools
