Design, build, and maintain dashboards and financial reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to support performance tracking, forecasting & budgeting, and variance analysis.
Partner with the finance, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights that improve profitability, pricing strategies, and cost efficiency.
Track and analyze e-commerce platform performance, GMV, margins, SKU profitability, and sales trends across different channels (own site, marketplaces, B2B platforms).
Monitor key financial KPIs such as GMV, AOV, LTV, contribution margin, COGS, and platform commissions.
Analyze promotional spend, discounts, and
trade marketing investments to evaluate ROI and impact on P&L.
Assist in automation of recurring financial and operational reports.
Work closely with Data Engineering/IT to ensure data integrity and efficient data pipelines.
Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign performance measurement.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from Finance Leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Economic Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a BI Analyst or
Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Proficient in advanced SQL, including writing stored procedures and query optimization.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; familiarity with DAX or LookML is a plus.
Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data processing.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly and visually
