Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership
Develop and execute the overall business plan for the new project (go-to-market strategy, product & channel strategy,...)

Yêu cầu
At least 1 year experience in leading projects/ student initiatives/ startups/ Leader
Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities
Strong interest in business operations, strategy, and development, with a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role
Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., revenue, cost, profit & loss), willingness to be trained and develop financial acumen over time
Strategic and structured thinker who can translate ideas into action and is comfortable working with clear KPIs and accountability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
