As a founding member of IBK Vietnam, this role is responsible for establishing and implementing the bank's foundational business support framework, including Nostro account, payment channel, and transaction handling. The role plays a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of core business support frameworks prior to the grand opening, while and mitigating compliance and operational risks during the initial phase of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing settlement of treasury transactions, including HO Citad/VCB handling, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support for marketing and sales activities and promotional programs to enhance business growth.
• Assist in supervising customer center operations to maintain high service quality, customer satisfaction, and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues.
• Support FX and trade finance operations
• Participate in managing and supporting credit card business, including business planning, product development, and monitoring retail and corporate card performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency, internal control, and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banking operations, business support, or related areas.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
• Solid understanding of treasury settlement, FX operations, trade finance, customer service, and card business is preferred.
• High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to operational excellence and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
• Korean Language skills are an advantage.
