Business partners performance monitoring and evaluation (50%)
Track business partners performance
Ensure adherence to customer and regulatory quality standards, keeping up-to-date with changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
Incident management
Processes - Standards Development and Implementation (20%)
Develop and implement quality management standards, KPIs, standard operating procedures processes (SOPs)
Data collection, analysis and reporting (15%)
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to service quality and Business partners performance.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on partner performance, including trends, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
Continuously track and update KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for enhancement.
Training and Support (15%)
Develop and deliver training programs for business partner staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to business partners to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Supply Chain Quality Management, or a related field.
Experiences
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supplier quality management in a manufacturing and supply chain environment, quality assurance & control consulting.
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality control, improvement tools and methodologies.
Skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
