About PinkPacker VC
PinkPacker VC is a newly established venture investment and accelerator entity in Ho Chi Minh City, founded by PinkPacker Inc., a Korean agri-food tech company recognized as a UN FAO Global Top 10 Agri-food Startup. We invest in and build early-stage companies that connect Korea and Vietnam. This is one of our first hires in Vietnam, and you will help shape how this entity operates. Office located at Diamond Plaza, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Role
You will design and drive new business projects from zero: market research, business modeling, partner sourcing, and execution planning. You will work directly with Korean founders, operators, and investors, so Korean communication is part of the daily job. This is a hands-on planning role, not a research-only position.
Responsibilities
- Research Vietnamese markets and industries, and turn findings into business cases and decision-ready reports
- Build business models, financial assumptions, and execution roadmaps for new ventures
- Source and screen early-stage startups and local partners; prepare screening memos
- Support portfolio companies on operations, partnerships, and Korea market entry
- Bridge the Korean HQ team and Vietnamese partners: documents, meetings, and accurate transfer of intent
- Prepare investment and program materials: decks, one-pagers, meeting minutes, follow-up documents
Compensation
USD 2,000 and above, set by experience. Performance-based incentive. Direct exposure to founders and investors across Korea and Vietnam, as an early member of a newly formed entity.
Interview Process
In-person interview only, at Diamond Plaza, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. A short written case may be requested for final-stage candidates.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business planning, new business development, strategy, consulting, VC/accelerator, or a closely related field. Title and package are matched to your experience
- Korean communication ability for daily work (TOPIK 4 or equivalent practical fluency)
- Working-level English is a plus
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City; interviews are held in person in HCMC
- Comfortable in a small team where scope is not yet fixed and you define your own work
Preferred
- Experience at a Korean company, VC, accelerator, government support program, or startup
- Experience writing business plans, IR decks, or grant/government program applications
- Exposure to food, agriculture, logistics, or cross-border trade
