Mô tả công việc
The Business relationship assistant will:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within the companies of our customers.
• Conduct reviews & surveys to ensure clients are satisfied with the company's products and services
• Alert the cement team of opportunities for further business with existing and new clients
• Advise clients on all products and/or services the company offers, not just what they ususally buy from us.
• Achieve client relationship targets and sales KPIs as set by the cement team
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
• Monitor the operations of the vessels being loaded or discharged by the clients in Vietnam
• Pass leads to Traders about any news in the market of new plants or clinker lines that are set up
• Liaise with internal departments, as needed, to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Liaise with agents and ports in Vietnam to collect all import/export data of commodities and report to Manager as needed.
• Report/monitor monthly export of clinker, cement, slag and import of gypsum etc. activities of to/from all Major ports in Vietnam
Yêu cầu
Education & Qualifications:
University degree in Business or related discipline
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in client relationship management roles, gained in an international work environment in cement industry
• Demonstrated track record in building client rapport, and fostering valuable relationships with clients - that are mutually beneficial to clients and company
• Track record of generating revenues and profits
Skills:
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self motivated, with a can-do attitude
• Professional, with a strong work ethic
• Team player
