Business Support Analyst/Client Consultant French

Accountability Statement / Role Summary

Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills.

Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients' success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients' goals.

An Associate Client Consultant should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the client service team and begins to lead support efforts with low complexity.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

Functional/Technical

Perform the following responsibilities at a Basic Level:

• Respond to client inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online in a timely fashion.
• Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
• Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all clients.
• Perform research to answer client inquiries and requests.
• Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined in the SLA.
• Attend and/or lead scheduled conference calls with the client(s) to review day-to-day service and operational matters.
• Maintenance of internal standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Recommendations on process and product improvements to create efficiencies and mitigate risk.
• Support project work related to back-office environment or client requests (as and when required)

Educational Requirement:

• A Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years work experience

Certifications or Designations:

CFA, CIPM or FRM is advantageous
