Mô tả công việc
- Assist sales staff in drafting and reviewing contracts, statistics, follow project progress, prepare bidding documents, order vehicles, gifts, interact with customers/ suppliers as needed, etc.
- Chinese/ English translation and interpretation as needed
- Process internal procedures such as: registration of customer accounts, supplier accounts, payment for suppliers, contract signing, etc
- Finance related tasks: record and follow aging report/ payment report, check and collect input invoices, prepare and process output invoice issuance process, tax determination, etc
- Customs clearance ralated tasks: Prepare export-import related document, submit the export-import declaration, collect and double check the invoice of agent fee
- Interact with the support teams of HQ and other branches to complete the task related to the Project.
- Participate in internal training, update internal regulations, policies and laws of the host countries (Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar)
- Support to handle other tasks under the direction of supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese. Able to communicate in English.
- Basic finance management and customs clearance knowledge.
- Good research skills, information analyzing, memorization and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: word, excel, ppt.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in relevant working.
- Academic level: Degree or above in Business Administration/ Foreign language/ Finance
