Mô tả công việc
You will be working in Business Support Team which helps to make company's operation more efficient. Your main responsibilities are logistic works, procurement and supporting managers.
+ Logistic works: Handle all customs procedure
• Liaison with stakeholders to prepare for import/export
• Cooperate with logistic company to import & export equipment used for development.
• Prepare for necessary documents for importing in time.
• Make list of imported equipment and regularly check them. Keep track with the expired date for temporary imported items.
• Prepare for necessary documents for extending term of temporary import or re-export.
• Keep filling all documents on import/export in order.
• Ensure on-time payment of import duties and service fee for logistics company
• Cooperate with engineers to make import schedule
• Prepare dossier of documents to get Import Approval when necessary
+ Procurement
• Based on request from the engineering department which needs to purchase IT related devices, contact suppliers abroad and domestic to prepare for documentation/importation, negotiate conditions based on company internal rules.
• Place purchase order/ make contract and control numbering.
• Control time of delivery to meet the schedule of department, verify goods upon delivery, and handover to the department.
• Work closely with the department to ensure on-time payment to suppliers.
• Regularly make comparison on suppliers and choose the best one.
+ Company management related works:
• Cooperate with Holding company and legal consultant to prepare documents for revision of investment license whenever needed.
• Make documents to register new member of management board whenever there was a change.
• Control export of technology/devices under Panasonic Corporation's and company regulation
+ Assistant to direct manager
• Assist manager to control team budget
• Assist manager to organize company events (Company Trip, Year End Party, Morning Assembly...)
• Support engineering department to promote company business activities
+ Other duties assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese nationality;
• Bachelor Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or related fields).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on import/export in international company; having working experience in a foreign company is an advantage.
• High responsibility, patience and conscientiousness.
• Willing to learn and to be trained.
• Good inter-personal skill and high cooperative spirit.
• Good computer skill
• Good command of English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal communication
• Communication in Japanese could be an advantage (Not mandatory)
