Mô tả công việc

- Assist in financial model development and review assignments, and to take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of such assignments
- Perform industry research, comparable transactions/ companies research, to prepare DCF & WACC calculations and analysis
- Assist in business development activities such as preparation of marketing material, attending client events, maintaining client database etc...
- Conduct research, management interviews, site visits and other due diligence procedures to analyse information obtained from various channels; to travel in the Mainland China and Asia-Pacific Region on required basis!
- Assist the managers in preparing valuation reports; and to assist the directors in the quality control process of such assignments
- Write up consultancy report on industry market and perform in-depth market research
- Carry out any other assignments as directed by your directors or the Senior Management.
- Carry out research for regular or ad hoc projects, where required.

Yêu cầu

- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, CFA Level 1 candidate is preferred
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
- Ideally with relevant exposures (both in school or work)
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritize various tasks on hand, meet deadlines and commitments
- Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in English (both report writing and conversation).
