This position requires independent ownership of procurement activities for assigned materials. The role ensures
purchasing execution aligns with defined standards for quality, cost, and delivery, in line with established procurement procedures and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the procurement of materials in compliance with internal sourcing guidelines and customer contractual requirements, including approved vendor usage, pricing control, quality standards, and delivery performance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by balancing material availability with production requirements, while proactively reducing excess stock.
• Identify potential supply risks and initiate corrective actions or escalation as needed to prevent disruptions to manufacturing schedules.
• Having experience in process of import goods.
Yêu cầu
Education and Experiences:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience of 2-3 years in ceramic tiles industry or related fields.
• Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Preferred experience in SAP system

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while collaborating across multiple functional teams.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication& negotiation skills.
