A. Tasks:
1. Compulsory insurance
- Implementing declaration (increase, decrease....) and ensuring pay the insurance amount with the Insurance Agency on time and exactly.
- Carry out procedures with the Social Insurance Agency to settle social insurance benefits for employees.
- Managing and reconciling SI, HI, UI cost align with ACC, BHXH
- Follow and handing over SI books
2. Personal accident and Health Care Insurance
3. Implementing termination decision of labor contract
4. Follow up information of Promotion checking, record of disciplinary/reinstatement
5. Update & File staff's profile
6. Assist and advising for employee benefits, insurance regime
7. Controll and make some HR report
8. Others tasks upon the request of Direct Supervisor/HOD
B. Requirement:
- Must have, at least, 1 year of experience in C&B
- Experience in Labor Law, insurance
- Good knowledge of Labor Code
- Good at Excel and other MS Office using
- Problem solving skill and self-organization skill
- Can-do- attitude, self-confident, well considered
