We are looking for a C&B Officer to support compensation and benefits operations, with a strong focus on employment documentation, social insurance, personal income tax, and employee benefits administration.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and familiar with Vietnamese labor regulations, social insurance procedures, and payroll-related compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Employment Contracts & HR Documentation
• Prepare, monitor, and manage labor contracts, contract renewals, and related employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases in a timely manner.
• Track contract expiration dates and support onboarding, offboarding, and other employment-related procedures.
Social Insurance Administration
• Process social insurance registration, adjustment, increase/decrease declarations, and benefit claims through the government portal.
• Ensure all social insurance reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with current Vietnamese social insurance regulations.
Payroll
• Support monthly payroll preparation and payroll-related data consolidation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Administration
• Support employee tax registration and monthly tax declarations.
• Assist with annual PIT finalization and required tax reporting.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and compliant tax submissions.
Employee Insurance & Benefits
• Administer employee participation in private insurance programs (such as PVI and other providers).
• Handle insurance enrollment, updates, and claims procedures.
• Provide employees with guidance on insurance coverage and benefit-related inquiries.
HR Administrative Support
• Prepare C&B reports and maintain proper documentation for internal records and compliance purposes.
• Ensure all C&B processes align with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
• Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Admin or C&B support.
• Familiarity with Vietnam labor law, social insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
• Experience handling insurance administration (PVI or similar) is a plus.
• Experience handling HR Report/Power BI is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
