Mô tả công việc
Administration Supervisor is responsible for all matters related to compensation and benefits
Total rewards HR strategies
• Compensation, Benefits, and HR policies.
• Review salary calculating process, sales incentive, bonus, awards and recognition, and severance allowance
• Effectively inform employee about C&B policies
• Ensure the best implementation of policies according to company regulations and current law
Monthly payroll
• Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll calculation for employees. Follow up the payroll payment process with Finance and authorized banks in the timely manner (by the monthly pay day).
• Follow up to get bank transfer confirmation from the banks and send pay-slip to Employees.
• Inform to Finance Department the payroll expenses summary.
• Manage Budget.
Taxation and Social Obligations
• Check, verify on monthly personal income tax withholding and other statutory social obligations from the payroll, declare the PIT payable and process the payment to the Tax department and Social Insurance dept.
• Apply for personal income tax code with Tax dept. for new hired employees and register dependents for personal relief scheme.
• Prepare the Tax Payment certificate for leaving employee for later finalization.
• Check and verify annual Tax finalization for Local and Expats.
• Coordinate to register social obligations with Social Department for new hires.
• Coordinate with Agency to submit and monitor monthly/ quarterly claim for social benefits reimbursement for employee's sickness/ maternity/.... (If any).
• Follow up doing the Social Insurance contribution finalization with SI department for leaving employees.
• Ensure personnel policy compliance with all labor law.
Employees' Benefits
• Monitor benefits practices such as annual leave, medical checkup, medical & health insurance for staff / for staff's dependents, overtime payment, gifts for special occasions (staff's birthday, wedding, maternity, paternity, Tet festival, Middle autumn festival, Woman's Day, etc.) in order to ensure fair and equitable implementation.
• Record/ Update HR data; filing personal file.
• Probation assessment / labor contract follow-up.
• Follow up Labor contracts and relevant decisions.
• In charge of Social Insurance/ Healthcare & personal accident 24h/24h following up.
• Be responsible for Job transfer/promotion/ rotation process/ retention program.
• Prepare annual salary increment and budget based on manpower plan.
Budget planning
• Provide database to elaborate Strategic plan, Annual Operation Plan, Operation Review, and Quarterly Forecasting to analyze/propose solutions for HR Manager
• Follow & alert about headcount's change to assure labor productivity
• Follow and synthetize headcount plan
• Build up reasonable HR cost and closely monitor HR cost
• Elaborate salary fund analysis table
• Check data before sending to HR Manager to run payroll and be responsible to follow the exactitude of data
• Coordinate with HR Manager to ensure the effectiveness and exactitude of HR budget report
• Assign task, introduce, evaluate and develop the team member
• Advise and train HRM about labor law, rights and duties of HR Department in C&B
• Consult other departments in all matters related to salary, bonus & benefits.
• Maintain relationships with consulting partners and services suppliers (assurance agencies...) to ensure the standard service for company
• Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by HR Manager
WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal: Related departments at HO and Store.
External: Related local organization & suppliers, vendors

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/HR Management/ Finance/ Accounting or relevant fields
Experience:
• Over 3 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in a supervisor role or Assistant
• Prefer: experience in Retail Company (size 200 staff)
Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation and benefits (base pay, annual bonus programs, reward and recognition programs, labor contract, benefits, etc.)
• Good knowledge & updated latest Vietnam law related to labor law.
Foreign language: English proficiency.
Skills:
• Extensive experience in operating Word, Excel, Power point.
• Strong analytical, numeric skills.
• Possesses keen ability to create, improve, implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOP's)
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work.
• Have coaching, training, supervising skills
Personality: Cautious, honest, smart, discreet, serious, detail-oriented
Experience:
