Payroll Administration: Execute monthly payroll for permanent employees and manage payment cycles for temporary/seasonal event crews.
Benefits & Insurance: Handle all procedures related to Social Insurance (SHUI), Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
Tax Compliance: Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations, finalizations, and tax code registrations for employees.
Time Attendance: Monitor and manage attendance records, leave balances, and overtime, especially during peak event seasons.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with the Vietnamese Labor Code. Manage labor contracts, renewals, and terminations.
Reporting: Prepare periodic HR reports (labor fluctuation, personnel costs, and C&B trends).
Policy Development: Assist in reviewing and improving salary scales, bonus schemes, and welfare policies to stay competitive in the market.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience specializing in C&B.
Technical Skills: Expert level in Excel (this is your primary tool for data and calculations).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and PIT Law.
Attributes: Extremely detail-oriented, honest, and capable of handling confidential information.
