ofi began operations in Vietnam in 1997 and has since established a significant presence, with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City, along with regional offices and seven major factories across various provinces. Today, we are the largest exporter of cashews, pepper, and instant coffee, and among the top exporters of green coffee in Vietnam. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review, and regularly follow up on labor contracts, contract renewals, and related employee documentation
- Manage and follow up all documents related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax
- Process and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems; regularly input, check, and reconcile data to ensure correctness
- Support monthly payroll preparation by checking C&B-related data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (insurance agencies, tax authorities, relevant service providers) when required
- Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance in all C&B processes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or HR operations
- Knowledge of payroll processes, compulsory insurance (SHUI), and Personal Income Tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data volumes and meet strict accuracy and timeline requirements
- Good command in English
- Good Excel for data management; proficient in HTKK
- Proactive, hard-working, and able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality awareness
