Mô tả công việc
Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per Hotel Standards.
Record and control wake-up calls accurately.
Assist guests with international calls and directory queries. Address guests by name whenever possible.
Bill call costs.
Handle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone Supervisor.
Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations.
Page staff member when requested.
Abide by principles of guest privacy.
Be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
Advise defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor.
Maintain a clean work environment.

Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
