Mô tả công việc
Reporting to the Campaign & Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for:
Account Management & Business Growth
• Develop and execute account strategies and business plans to grow a portfolio of 7-10 group brands.
• Act as a trusted advisor and growth partner to brands, providing data-driven insights and guidance to drive performance.
• Identify brand positioning opportunities across platforms and work to improve E-commerce share, traffic, conversion rates (CR), profitability, platform ranking, and YoY growth.
• Hunt and pitch to new prospective brands by crafting customized partnership proposals aligned with company objectives.
Team Leadership & Resource Planning
• Establish, mentor, and grow a high-performing Account Management team.
• Assign resources effectively to meet business objectives and brand-specific goals.
• Supervise Campaign & Merchandise Executives to ensure efficient execution of campaigns, product assortment strategies, and shopper engagement initiatives.
Campaign & E-Merchandising Excellence
• Oversee all aspects of campaign execution: platform calendar alignment, voucher strategy, slot negotiation, and visual merchandising.
• Build and continuously improve core processes and solutions related to campaign management and e-merchandising efficiency.
• Support CR optimization strategies through data-driven onsite experience design and product visibility planning.
Business Analysis & Financial Ownership
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators including Net Merchandise Value (NVM), Service Gross Profit, Operating Profit, Monthly P&L per brand
• Provide regular reporting and strategic input to the Management Team during business reviews.
• Ensure commercial balance across brands with profitable growth and cost optimization.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, campaign, or merchandising - ideally within a brand or e-commerce enabler.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple brands/accounts.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and P&L ownership experience.
• Analytical mindset; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is required. Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
