Job Description:
Internally, this position is known as Activation Marketer.
The incumbent has overall responsibility for the marketing activities for Transportation Safety Division including but not limited to the following:
*
Develops annual country marketing planning and prioritization via implementation of global lead strategy
*
Product portfolio prioritization and execution
*
Pricing strategy & positioning
*
External & internal market analysis, customers insights gathering and competitive benchmarking
*
Leads new product development, introduction and commercialization
*
Proficient in digital and e-commerce strategy, development, implementation and execution
*
Leads and drives demand generation via effective marketing campaigns and performance tracking
*
Channel development and management
*
Works closely with key stakeholders including government officials to organize education and awareness seminars, demonstrations and pilot projects
*
Supports marketing operations: Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, Sales Tools and Sales Kits Development, etc.
Required Qualification/Experience:
*
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
*
Has 4 to 5 years of related work experience i.e. marketing planning, customer insights, new products launching, business management, channel management, digital marketing, etc.
*
Knowledgeable and experienced in transportation related industry is preferred
*
Experience and familiarity with [protected info] tool an advantage
*
Good Microsoft Office skills
*
Strong analytical and qualitative skills, and an excellent team player
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
*
Self-motivated, with good discipline and able to effectively manage workload with minimal supervision
