Mô tả công việc

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Check the destruction card schedule and request security according to the plan.
• Contact CCTV department for detailed information.
• Check the total number of destruction cards.
• Check the shredder before destroying cards.
• Scan the code of cards vault to be destroyed on the system.
• Check balancing when possible.
• Responsible for all functions in the card room.
• Check the inventory of cards in the shuffle room: actual and expected
• Monitor items: Cards, seals, vaults, elo, trolleys, shuffle station, dice, ball.
• Balance the number of seal and card after working shift.
• Transport cards from the card room to the shuffle room on the MCTS system.
• Contact security, CCTV when transfer card.
• Inform CCTV before and after processing.
• Support the Card Room Supervisor when required.
• Support the Card Room Supervisor in checking and destroying the used post; then quickly report suspicious activity.
• Read, verify, and sign appropriate documents as needed.
• Meet attendance and punctuality guidelines.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

• Confident, of good moral character, with a high spirit of progress and the ability to make the right decisions.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English. Can speak Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Requires a well-groomed appearance.
• Requires getting along with colleagues and working in groups.
• Claim excellent customer service.
• A high school, college or university diploma in a related field from an accredited institution and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Preference will be given to completion of a program in an accredited gaming area or related training/workshop and holding a university degree.
