Mô tả công việc
Kitchen operator, specializing in fruit and vegetable carving for plate decoration, side dishes, pastry, events
Composition of cold dishes without cooking, as salads, snacks platter, desserts
Work beside head chef and aous chef to design decorations/side dish for optimal presentation of the dishes (basic menu' and specials)
Support Sous Chefs on service time (dish finalization and cold dishes)
Responsible of daily quality control and inventory of fresh fruits and vegetables needed for every kitchen shift
Yêu cầu
Over 2 years working experience required
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail
Assists with the preparation and presentation of different foods based on the kitchen
Must maintain a consistent high level of product quality, productivity and line of suppl
Ability to communicate fluently in English
