MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Manager to join our team. You will be a key-person in further developing and scaling our Acquisition Cash Loan business and strengthen our position as Vietnam's leading consumer financing company.
- Ownership role for our Acquisition Cash Loan business, budget, operations,.. in cooperation with Head of Online
- Monitoring of product performance / continuous product improvements and pilots / risk performance (in cooperation with Product and Risk departments)
- Relationship management of key partners
- Explore, negotiate and establish new opportunities and partnerships for Online and Big Data cooperation
- Lead and implement schemes for Online channel development (in cooperation with Online colleagues)
Yêu cầu
Min 6 years experience with financial products (preferably Loans) from Consumer Financing / Banking / Insurance / Fintech
Good English skills (verbal, reading and writing)
Highly sales and result orientated
Expert in presentation skills and PowerPoint
Experienced with data analysis (financial/sales)
Experienced with product management
Experienced with Risk management
Strong agility, proactivity, fast thinking, can-do attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Significant leadership and management skills
Have a perfect understanding of the roadmap and projects and organize yourself to meet all the requirements in a timely and cost effective manner
Target orientated and self-managed, good negotiator
