Mô tả công việc
Process payments, issue invoices, and reconcile revenue at the end of each shift
Manage customer records, health checkup lists, and related data
Prepare reports on revenue, customers, invoices, and cash funds (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly)
Monitor debts (pharmacy, insurance), report and handle overdue accounts
Coordinate insurance payments, explain benefits, and handle customer complaints
Manage, assign tasks, and train cashier team members
Supervise Easycare and CIS systems, and coordinate with IT for improvements
Support customers with app usage and perform other tasks as assigned by management

Meticulous, with strong analytical and sales skills

Always honest and precise in work
High school graduate or undergraduate degree in Accounting/Insurance
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Fluency in English is an advantage
