- Prepare emails and
purchasing documents (contracts, quotation forms, slides ...)
- Follow up with material deliveries & service implementations
- Process payment to vendors including yearly services
- Other assigning tasks if any
Yêu cầu
- Gender: Female (preferred)
- Age: 22 - 25 (preferred)
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics or related fields or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Excellent in Vietnamese and English (4 skills) and office skills
- Good health, can work under high pressure and self-motivated;
- Actively promote teamwork & problem solving ability;
- Service orientation: customer service minded;
- Methodical, accurate, and neat; Energetic, positive attitude;
- Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
