1. Drive the development and implementation of trade category plan for total channels
Participate in developing and deploying category trade plans aligned with brand and channel needs.
Localize growth plans across regions and sales channels.
Ensure activation readiness by preparing tools and materials.
Conduct deep dives into performance metrics to identify growth drivers.
Align category initiatives with in-store execution plans.
2. S&OP (Commercial Planning)
Participate in MBP and 12Q planning cycles.
Support demand forecast review and data alignment.
Monitor execution progress against category KPIs.
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely input submission.
3. Shopper Centricity & Omni-Channel 360
Integrate Category, Channel, Customer, and Competitor insights into commercial activation strategies.
Co-create winning in-store execution plans.
Drive alignment between brand and channel communication plans.
Ensure flawless 360° campaign delivery across touchpoints.
4. Revenue Growth Management
Define and implement Price Pack Architecture (PPA) jointly with Brand.
Ensure pricing strategies deliver both competitiveness and profitability.
Evaluate trade investment ROI and optimize allocations across channels and brands.

Experience: At least 02 years working experience in relevant position for FMCG industry (experience in
Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Category Management experience a plus.
