Develop and manage the trade marketing plan in both short-term and long-term.
Oversee new store openings, including site survey, visibility solution, promotion scheme, leaflet development and distribution, and opening events.
Plan and execute action plans for low-performing group stores as needed.
Standardize the POSM package, monitor POSM production, ensure delivery to stores, and manage stock of MKT POSM and equipment.
Plan and execute exhibitions, activations, workshops, and events.
Search for, finalize, and evaluate the quality of service providers.
Manage the trade marketing budget by controlling costs and allocating resources effectively for in-store activities.
Collaborate with partners as required.
Perform other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3 - 5 years experience in Trade/
Marketing Manager in the retail industry.
Experience in planning & executing promotion/ activation is a must.
In Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.
Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.
Excellent communication skill with internal & external teams.
