Mô tả công việc

Be a key member of Flash Delivery category management & buying team, recruiting and working with talented and great partners (suppliers), reporting to the MD.
Develop Flash Delivery product portfolio & buying strategy for Vietnam.
Research on all the Best Selling & Fastest Moving Consumer Goods in Vietnam.
Identify Key pain points for deliveries of goods to customers.
Driving profitable category and platform growth.
Provide opportunity to up-and-coming suppliers and brands with differentiating products that lead to new experiences for our customers.
Lead a group of categories ranging from fresh to ambient, personal care to pet care, frozen to home care. If it's something we buy for ourselves, then it's something we will buy for our customers.
Undertake an incredible financial responsibility, acting as a key decision-maker for your categories.
Partner with internal supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow throughout the network
Ownership of vendor negotiations inclusive of COGS, trade, and marketing
Work closely with marketing and site merchandising to identify opportunities to drive awareness to these brands
Optimize shelf space to maximize revenue per order and reduce cannibalization across categories.

Yêu cầu

Experienced track record in eCommerce Trading or strong track record in a retail or fast paced buying/trading environment that can quickly get up to speed. If you have experience in Fresh Foods or Grocery Non-Foods, then we would love to hear from you.
Act like those categories are your very own, as if you're a shareholder in the company. We believe that's a great driving principle.

No job is too big or too small, you will be comfortable being hands on everything in our model in the Business and in Commercial. That real hands-on approach is key to the hustle and bustle of our culture.
Leverage existing rapports with major suppliers, but also identify and develop new suppliers across the complete spectrum of entrepreneurs like us to national brands and wholesalers.
Significant experience working within buying, working across multinational FMCG companies and/or Fresh Food companies. We don't put an arbitrary number on experience, but rather evaluate it candidate by candidate.
Analyze data for insights and demonstrate the attitude/senses of an entrepreneur to develop your portfolio.
Negotiation skills that not only achieve the best-in-class product margins and customer offer, but also inspire the rest of the team to continuously become better negotiators.
