Mô tả công việc

* General Management

Forecast recruitment needs of all staff in the Centre
Evaluate performance of all staff on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis in order to create necessary development plan for each staff
Conduct weekly meeting with all full-time staff
Attend weekly

* Principals Meeting

Inspect facility, report damages and provide maintenance request on a weekly basis
Provide detailed weekly and monthly report to management
Implement KPI to monitor and encourage excellent performance by staff
Work closely with both admission team and academic team to make sure monthly NCC targets (for both external and internal) are reached Academic

* Management & Support

Recruit and manage PT, teacher and TA
Provide induction, orientation and training for new staffs
Produce efficient scheduling of classes, teachers and placement tests on a weekly basis
Manage and maintain teacher professionalism by doing classroom observations, teacher training and appraisal
Support Personal teachers (PTs) to care for the students and to meet their KPIs
Arrange cover for teacher absences as required
Monitor & assess exam delivery and results as needed
Teach class and conduct activities on a regular basis in order to understand the requirements of students and the challenges of teachers
Identify weakness and mistakes in current lesson plans and suggest how to improve
Participate in the development and improvement of program curriculum, lesson plan, and supplementary materials

* Feedback and Complaint Handling

Conduct monthly student survey
Obtain feedback from students on a regular basis
Investigate the validity of each student feedback and suggest improvements based on the feedback
Support admission team to overcome objections from customers
Work with admission & academic team to resolve each student complaint

Yêu cầu

Master degree relating to English teaching
Relevant professional qualifications, ESL Teacher Training Certification- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA etc. (prefer CELTA or TESOL- Trinity College)
At least IELTS 8.0 and/or TOEIC 900 certificate is preferred
At least 3 years of management experience in educational fields
Experience in teaching English for adults
Experience in training & coaching
Excellent skills in teaching, presentation, and communication
Excellent skills in problem-solving
Excellent skills in planning and reporting
Ability to multi-task and work fast to meet deadlines
Possess customer-centric and service-oriented attitudes
Experience in cooperating with admissions and marketing team
