Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that the CEO's schedule and business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Scope of work:
Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication of information and directives.
Prepare and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Handle correspondence and inquiries, providing professional and courteous responses.
Review, verify, and ensure the accuracy and legal compliance of contracts and agreements.
Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts as needed, in collaboration with legal advisors.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
Understanding of business law, particularly related to contract management and compliance.
Good at verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English), with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work demands as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Understanding of business law, particularly related to contract management and compliance.
Good at verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English), with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work demands as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Location: 48 Huynh Man Dat, Ward 19, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
