Mô tả công việc
1. Key Account Management
Develops and manages strong relationships with key accounts and assigned prospects
Work closely with functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
2. Coordination and Communication
Stakeholders Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders to handle tasks from CEO to departments
Work with cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
3. Administrative Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required
4. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education:
Graduated from universities majoring in Foreign Trade, Logistics, economics, business administration or other related majors.
2. Working Experience:
2 - 3 years of experience or more in the position of CEO Assistant; working experience in Sales support is preferred.
Priority is given to experience in logistics/Import & Export Industry.
Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
Good MS Office, power BI is a plus
3. Professional Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skill.
Good analyse and synthesis skills and reporting skill.
Good negotiation skill.
Ability to work independently and under high pressure.
